big thing is flat back ... and bringing your knees up all the way into your gut ... they are tough to do ... i do them for warming up, along with dumbbell jumping jacks

Heh. Mostly I was curious about the form - I'm not ready to do this yet. I start every morning with a few burpees and finish every night with a few situps, but that's about all the non-strict cardio I've been doing. I do quite a bit of swimming and running, but I'm just notmotivated to pick these up yet. Good luck with your golf today!
