I started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago today. My weight when I started was 220, and it is now 215 so I have lost a total of 5 pounds so far!! I hope to find friends and a support system in this community..I have the support of my fiance at home, but it helps to have others who are actively pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Right now I am the only one "dieting" at home, so it's been a challenge...but I feel so much better already..I eat very little bread..maybe once a week since i started. I cut out soda...I still have a diet soda here and there, but regular soda is a thing of the past. I usually have a Lean Cuisine meal for lunch...dinner is my "cheat meal" bc it's a family meal usually. Fridays are my cheat day since that's the day we get takeout. In general i just try to eat smaller portions, no candy, no bread, no soda...and for snacks I try to eat fruit or "healthy" snacks. I have Crohn's Disease, which is a major motivation to change my eating habits. I was tired of being on medications, and tired of feeling bad, with no energy. My main exercise is walking, although its not as frequent in the winter at the moment. All in all, I the most important thing is to be healthy, the weight will come off in the process.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thank you so much! My fiance just started his journey. He had been losing before we met but kinda fell off the wagon. He's not doing WW like I am but just having his support means everything! It has been very hard cutting down on the candy/sweet stuff bc i have a MAJOR sweet tooth...but I'm doing it! I just keep telling myself it'll be worth it every week when I step on that scale and see another pound or so gone. And I do cheats here and there so I'm not totally denying myself bc that's just impossible lol. Thanks for your support!
