Yesterday was Day 1 of Cycle 1 of the EFS Diet. Here was my day: Meal #1 (10:30 AM): 1 1/2 Egg Whites, 1 Apple
EXERCISE (11:45 AM): 30 mins walking on treadmill, 35 mins on Ellyptical
Snack (1:00 PM): 1/2 protein Bar
Meal #2 (3:30 PM): 1 cup strawberries
Meal #3 (4:30 PM): Small salad w/ 3 TB dressing
Snack #2 (6:30 PM): 6 whole wheat crackers
Meal #4 (10:00 PM): 1 can Green Beans
That's it. I only felt hungry in the evening. We went to a bible study and I brought a homemade cheesecake. They had spaghetti, a pizza casserole & an Olive Garden Salad. I resisted it all. I ALMOST had a piece of chessecake but my clothes are so tight that I said, "I'll wait until I get home to get my veggies". So, that's the only reason I ate so late last night. I weighed myself this morning and already lost 2 lbs but that could be water weight. Especially since I'm ending that time of the month.
