Oh dear, a wobbly start to the week.

Ate too much yesterday - even though I think I juuuust about managed to scrape inside my cals, I was STUFFED. I wish I'd slowed down a bit and not had the second fajita...and then gone back for more filling later!

Did manage to resist the big back of chocolate buttons that Gav brought home - partially an exercise in will power and partially cos he ate the lot in about 30 seconds!

And today hasn't been good either really. Not enough protein and way too much sugar. Again, I'll be inside my calories but I don't think I'll have necessarily made the most of them today.

Sugary yoghurt, biscuits and crisps. BAD BAD BAD! A treat once in a while is fine, but I need to spread them out, not eat them all on the same day.

Ok, off to the gym. Supposed to be jogging/stumbling quickly for 3 mins at a time this week. 2 was hard work. Eek. Gotta build up to that full 20 mins. Hmm. Starting to think I might have over estimated my fitness level. Still, gotta give it a go, maybe I'll make it :)

My theory is that it's GOOD to do all your pigging out / bad foods at one go. Stops your body putting the brakes onthe weight loss by thinking it's going to be deprived forever more and also you feel so unhealthy after the excess of carbs from fat and sugar that you actually don't want them for ages afterwards. Also I frequently find that I have a carbs-fest immediately after a great weightloss like you're just achieved - you just need to find a healthier way to acknowledge your achievement and tell yourself and your body 'well done'. A massage, a lovely hot soak in the bath in candlelight, some new undies - mark the occasion so you feel pampered, not stuffed! I think you're doing brilliantly xxxxx
