ALL I WANT TO DO IS HIBERNATE..goood saturday mornin..16 outside with a wind chill its...its...4 above..im thinkin another day inside..and maybe even just covering up..an not moving anymore then i have to..

did my morning ride on zwift..rode up a hill today..thought today would be a good day ..since i took off yesterday an was rested..here its that cold out..im in fitness room with 2 fans on..and sweats pouring off..then once i get off bike/trainer..time to change out of riding clothes an put sweats an long johns back on..just to be warm again..house is warm..just body cools off so much after workout..takes a while to warm it back up...

my friend mike..just left..he comes over when he can to ride on trainer as well..ive told him ..glad its him having to get out..instead of me..i think id be missing workouts with temps this cold...

well already made salad while he was doing his ride..gotta prep some chicken later..im thinking a hamburger cassaroll might be in the makings for later today..that sounds good with the cold temps..an fresh outta the oven...mmmmm..guess i better thaw out some hamburger..

It's -21 should be up to 0 by noon. Thinking I should get a trainer, though I'm not much of a rider but the bike is already in the apt anyway. What's your set up like?

I have a Cannondale road bike...use a kinetic smart trainer...and use a program called zwift on the internet...to keep it all from being boring...
