I have not been keeping track very well the past few days, a few bad foods, but not awful. It is also hard to continually enter full meals. A pain in the butt to get full recipes in the cook book especially when I am not home to update for most of the day.
Getting back on track. Saw my trainer again today, a lot of kettlebell training.
Weight is still going down.
Getting stronger, getting smaller.
