Coverack's Journal, 12 January 2008

Happy days as today I've hit the milestone of 20lb's lost since I started the SB at the end of October. Amazingly I've lost 6lbs in the last ten days after making three minor changes to my Phase 2 regime.

The two that have made the real difference were after friendly advice from ImLuuvd and Information (thanks for all your help), firstly I have started to update my Diet Calendar to monitor my food intake and exercise, secondly I listened to ImLuuvd and am ensuring my carbs are LOW GI and lastly I have started to drink Herbal Tea which means I have cut my Semi-Skimmed Milk intake.

176.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
