Today should have been a good food day...but no...more training & catered food...they brought in pizza...yesterday it was lasagna, so I didn't partake, but pizza...I thought just two pieces, I'll be okay...then there were four pieces in my tummy...bad, bad, BAD!!

I got "volun-TOLD" that I was helping with a BINGO for fund raising for my daughters swim club...okay...but the only food available was the food from the canteen...not one healthy choice (and not good either)...started out so good this morning, then got awful by the end of the day...

Tomorrow is another training day, but I'm bringing my own lunch...no more crap...make the plan, follow the plan...why do I have such trouble following my own plan after this long you would think it would become easier...I had no problems in the beginning, now I can't seem to stop myself...it seems like I have inhaled the "bad choice" before I even realize that it's a choice at all...

Tomorrow is another day...fresh start...again...

Later.

Hang in there Madjak! I know its rough traveling/working/training. Us healthy folks are the minority (Unless your in California I think). Be glad your not in California dammit, and plan plan plan! I travelled with a few jobs and could not imagine doing that now, my journey would be in the opposite direction. And even if your not traveling caterer's cater to hungry people!

The hardest thing to do is to NOT eat that food that is DELICIOUSLY placed in front of our faces for free. . .especially if you are hungry or have been consciously choosing to NOT eat that food. Mexican food and pizza, in all their cheesy-fatty-starchy goodness, are my two downfalls. Oh, and ice cream. And chocolate. And, well, you know what I mean. The most important thing we do after we choose the indulgence, is to not let it re-take our new, healthier lives from us. I think sometimes, "if only I hadn't eaten. . ." I would be so much closer to my goal!" But I did eat it, it was delicious, and I am moving on to the next day, or doing a little bit extra at the gym. Don't let a stumble, no matter how big or small, keep you down.
