This morning's weigh in could have been worse considering 3 days in a row of bad eating. I'm now on day 3 of 3 days in a row of good eating. Funny how the pounds always comes back on so much faster than they fall off!

Another birthday party Saturday, but this one is close to home so I can eat before and after but not during. 'Tis doable.

Other than the obvious, things are going well. It is quiet at work this afternoon so if I get back to it I may actually get something accomplished!

Isn't that messed up, Buffy, how they always comes back on so much faster than they fall off! Definitely the weight gain will be gone in no time. Rock on, Buffy!
