So, last night I was trying to figure out why my chest, shoulders, and lats were so sore and it hit me this morning... I did 10 push-ups yesterday. Holy sh*t. I can't believe I've let myself go to the point where 10 push-ups has me sore like this. I knew I was in bad shape but I guess I didn't realize how bad.
