i don't think surgery is cheating you still have to do the hard work and eat heathy! proud of you just the same!! :)

@ alan Surgery or not, the work still has to be done. I was there. The first 45 before surgery could be considered, the next 100 after surgery and now this 20 or 30 that is near my goal that is closer to where my body always was in High School and as a young adult. All of it is keeping the discipline.
