Ok, so I'm having a hard time wanting to get in all the water I'm supposed to. I get so sick of living on the toilet...I know TMI lol. But last night I got up for the second time at 2:30 and then couldnt get back to sleep until 4:30! I'm a little wiped out, and super unmotivated to repeat it. :(

Try drinking more in the morning. Water is truly the key.
