I'm already at 950 calories for the day!!! How?!?!?! I ate subway - a six inch turkey - no mayo, no cheese. baked chips (i guess they might have been bad?) cereal for breakfast? What the heck! I'm only supposed to have another 400 calories for dinner.... which I usualy go over. I'm trying to stick to a 1400 calorie diet. I'm 5'11 - but I really do think that's enough for me or most women.
Spin will help tonight but wow - i'm so irritated that I'm already through most calories. GRRRR! Oh well! Time to get some water and green tea.
