I don't know what happened but today pow I dropped and that is a good thing. I really feel better and my clothes are all fitting much much better. Now I have another year to go as I have been on this diet for one month and can really feel myself in better shape. More walking and more walking and more water and fruit.
211.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
