Felt really sick yesterday so I did not do much at the gym, a few lifts then just had to go home.

Met with trainer today, did 800m on the row machine, rode bike for a mile, steps for a minute x2 I think, kettlebell exercises, plank on floor, some weights, I forget what else.

My blood pressure is going down, I think its a combo of the meds and the hardcore exercising, but mostly exercising because it has never gone down this dramatically before.

Hitting a few rough patches but hoping to work them out. Gotta go hard at the gym this week, hopefully I feel better soon.
