Stretches, 40 reps on row lift machine
Met with trainer: kettlebell dead weights, squats with 15lb weight, 2x on the rowing machine for 6 minutes and 5 minutes, about 1600meters in total, squats on another form of the alpha machine, planks on bench while lifting knees, planks on elbows on bench, planks 20 seconds on floor
15 minutes on bike for total of 2.42 miles
