Day 2. Yes I made it passed my second day. It was so easy to gain weight and so hard to loose it.

One cup of lettuce no dressing
One hard boil egg
One half can of tuna
5 crackers

Pray for me

Noone has to go to bed hungry...eat enough to be satisfied, you don't have to starve yourself. Yes you have too much weight, but it didn't come overnight - and it won't go away overnight. I started with 150 kg, now the scale shows 98 kg. I lost around 10 kg a year, my skin is not too bad and I am not hungry. I tried different ways and now I am on keto since one month. Please inform yourself, there are many healthy ways to loose weight and one of them will be the perfect way for you. Please talk to your doctor as well, with your goal you will loose 50% of your weight, this should be watched over, your body has a lot of work to do (please check sugar, liver, heart). A little bit of exercise like walking, swimming, biking might be helpful. Good luck to you - and be patient 😉

You don't have to go with zero dressing if it means you won't be enjoying the food. I like making a dressing with olive oil and either vinegar or lemon juice. I also add nuts and dried cranberries to my salad to dress it up a little.
