Yay! I got on the scale 3 times as I didn't believe my eyes.
It was after a shower so I wasn't clothed. I usually weigh in my night shirt.
254.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
