I am so frustrated today. I can’t even write down the number from my scale. Surely it is temporary. Tomorrow will be better and I will record it then.

You are correct. I know the weight will come off. I feel better and that is really all that counts. I just wish it was not such a slow process. I need to focus more on how I feel rather than what I weigh and look like.

I try to weigh myself once a week or once every two weeks. There's always fluctuations day to day, but if you feel good and your clothes fit better then that's all that matters :)

Weight does fluctuate but I didn’t get on the scale the last 2 months and I’m 10lbs higher. Back on the wagon.

I would forget about it and start fresh tomorrow - It's just a hiccup - It happens to everyone and this is hard time of the year. Get a good night sleep and that will be a good start.
