I still refuse to record it but the scale said 195.1 today. I guess my body really needs to hold on to its fat. I hope every pound will not be like this one. I’ve not cheated. I’ve been more active than normal even on days I have not exercised I have been out shopping or something. It will be worth it in the end I know. I shall keto on

Don't obsess over the numbers. A 0.4 change is negligible and can be accomplished by standing a little differently on a lot of scales. Not to mention water and intestinal contents. You've been losing; just stay on the path. Find something else to think about, or do something like read a book. Preferably NOT a diet book; most of them are practically apocalyptic and do not help with emotions.

Tom is right - focus on other things and find the NON-SCALE VICTORIES (i.e. clothing fitting differently, feeling more comfortable in different types of seating, having more energy when you perform a certain activity).
