DO N OK's Journal, 04 December 2017

Still holding at 185, despite eating candy while building ginger bread houses and ginger bread men, no did not eat the gingerbread men or even part of the houses, also made gingerbread sweaters for kids to decorate , had lots of company this week, as some came in for Lady GAGA world tour concert and 2 of them leave today !!! the last of them.. This weekend son gets married in Sarasota, so leaving this Thursday for a weekend, of food and fun, as for food need to monitor my food intake as I'm sure I will not be doing keto as I'm out of my element as to wedding food , rehearsal dinners etc. I will try to be back on track, but many Christmas parties to make and attend this month..So If I don't check in..have a great week...
