Day 2:

Alright it is the end of day 2 on this program and it has been hard to get on the healthy bandwagon again. I have had my fun of eating whatever and going to the gym a few times this holiday season. I know my fun and games of doing whatever has come to an end if I ever want to get to my goal. I am definitely paying for my fun with stiff muscles and tons of water. Yet the biggest accomplishment today was staying on the elliptical machine for 35 minutes at level 10. Hopefully I can keep this up. One thing is that I am glad I read about this site in TIME. It has given me a great tool about keeping myself accountable of what I eat and do. Plus, it is nice to get dieting frustrations out in this mini journal. Let’s see how I do at the end of the week. I can't wait to see how my hard work has paid off at the end of the week and the scale says a lower number.
