I have been back on program for six days and followed reasonably well I am satisfied with my results

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 April 2012:
1606 kcal Fat: 62.10g | Prot: 112.57g | Carb: 158.46g.   Breakfast: Whey Protein, natraburst, strawberries, skim milk. Lunch: Krave Cereal,  alfredo sauce, chicken, egg noodles, broccoli. Dinner: fiber plus, Olive Oil, Cheddar Cheese, chicken, carrots, lowfat cottage cheese. Snacks/Other: 98% Fat Free Fudge Bars, Special K crackers. more...
