GOT A DIGITAL FOOD SCALE!!!

I've been trying to eat more lean meats and since I'm keeping track of everything I figured I should keep an accurate account of the meat. The calorie counter app counts up the calories for me but if I don't know how many ounces of meat I'm eating then I'm apt to eat too much of it (or not enough). Trying my hardest to stick to the recommended calories of 1600 per day. I'm not nursing the baby much anymore so I don't need those extra 300-400 calories like I used to.
