So I have to say this week so far, I have needed a lot of motivation...and my boy has been very good about giving it. He has helped me out a lot in sticking with this weight loss/lifestyle change. And I am totally proud of myself! Today...while doing the Slim in 6, I was able to do 10 push ups! With my knees down of course but before, I couldn't even do those! So yeah...so happy that I can do 10 at least. Slowly but surely. :)
