Once again I am thankful for my wonderful boyfriend. I love how he can motivate me without actually telling me "Hey! Go workout!" He approaches it very logically yet kind and gentle at the same time. I love it. ^_^
Anyhow, this time, the workout wasn't too bad, probably because I have done it enough to know kind of what to expect. The part that is still the hardest for me is when we do resistance bands. Its hard mainly because I have never been too good with resistance bands...see I work out bare foot...and resistance bands hurt my feet when I am supposed to step on them and then the movement of the band as I use them. I am not getting any blisters or anything so I just suffer through it but yeah. Other than that...feeling pretty good about myself. I can already see a difference in my stomach.
