Had a going-away party and house-breaking party AND a July 4th picnic the past week, a few luncheons with my company for various events.. I wouldn't say I've veered off-course, but I'm definitely riding in the shoulder on the diet highway.

I'm very happy with the results so far, and though exceptions have arisen I've been able to stave off gaining any of the lost weight back. The overeating and indulgence control taught at the core of the FS program are life lessons and applicable no matter what your meal is.

I'm not *entirely* sure that going on weight alone is enough. This morning I fit into a size 40 pant fairly comfortably. When I started this diet, I was a 44. I know the chart doesn't say it, but I wasn't a 40 a couple weeks ago.

I'm doing a second Phase 1 to give myself a little shock. Most of my meals are still Phase 1 compatible with a few modifications, like losing the whole egg and crumbled cheese out of my afternoon salad. Easy.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are doing great, just get back on board and you will be just fine! You are so right though, weight isn't everything, when you can fit into a smaller size that is what counts!! Keep up the great work!
