Today I hit my HALF WAY POINT. I am super excited. 50 pounds is huge and it has been tough. Still 50 to go, but hitting this milestone is a big boost of encouragement. WooHoo.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
