I have done several weight loss programs and contests and have won all of them. The problem I have is I love the flavor of food and could eat it all day. If there is food sitting there, I don't see the reason to leave it there. The problem is I can lose weight fast but I can gain it faster. The method I use i got from a TV show where people are cut out of their houses and taken to the hospital on a fork lift. The doctor's on the program put them on a 1200 calorie diet. If I can sustain life on 1200 calories without a great deal of excersise, I am on it. I find after two weeks on the program I can get past cravings. Finding this app will count the calories for me and I think will help keep me on a program after I reach my goal weight. My goal is to get under 200 pounds. I started at 270 and am now at 255. My starting weight for this app is 255. It has been over 20 years since I was under 200. Can't wait to ge there. This program allows me to lose almost a pound a day.
