Went to my friend Dr. Singh's funeral yesterday and the food was great but so much of it. I also know that alot of it was loaded with sodium. I feel good in that I did not eat that much. Very sad day but a great celebration of a man's life. Stressful so I was worried about my weight but I am fine.
