Back from a 6 mile walk. I feel like I am working so hard and I want so badly to at least lose 2 lbs. a week. Patience is not my best thing and down to 3 1/2 weeks to cruise. I still can't fit into my cruise clothes!!

I am the same way about patience...what I have to keep reminding myself is that this weight came on slowly so it will probably leave slowly. Looking at your weight history, you're doing great!

Thanks, I know I should not complain, but 2 lbs. a week shouldn't be too much to ask for. I will just keep doing this the best I can and be glad for every lb. or inch. Thanks again for all the encouragement. I love this site minus all the drama!
