Down 2 1/2 inches this week. Not as much as I had hoped but still good. Just got back from a 5 1/2 mile power walk. Feeling good. I think it actually does more for me than my elliptical. Not sure how to tell. Pondering this diet and the lack of cravings and how it seems to be teaching me the valuable lesson of "eating to live", instead of "living to eat".
