Three pound weekend drop--WOW!!!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. And Haley...I don't really have a secret, I just have a secret obsession. I'm OBSESSED with counting my calories and staying under my RDI. I'm constantly thinking about it and keeping mental notes and it all added up. I try to eat smaller portions too. Like i love junk food...I still eat it but try to eat small portions of it. Like for lunch I had HALF a bologna sandwich instead of the whole thing :) Also I ONLY drink water...I do not drink soft drinks (not even diet ones) or alcohol (except on rare occasions). I'll drink juice rarely, and luckily I'm not a coffee drinker. So all my calorie intake is eatn, RARELY ever drank

WOW no Alcohol!! I did it for 3 months but I am having a tough time not having a glass of wine on the weekend!! Sarah your pics are adorable you guys look sooo happy and I love it!! Umm 193!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP!!!!!! You are doing so amazing!!!!
