I didn't do great yesterday, I felt super hungry in the evening. I probably didn't need anything, but I wanted to eat so I tried to keep it under control. I was feeling really hungry this morning too, so I allowed myself an extra piece of toast. Hopefully that will make me feel less like snacking though before lunch. I always bring my healthy snacks with me though and I really can't leave, so that helps a bit. I'm just going to keep trying and keep at it.

I'm going to take time this weekend to really focus on what I can do that will be a little healthier next week, eating choices, exercise, whatever, just making at least one small change to tweak my attitude and energy level. I know that with Thanksgiving next week I'll need to go into that with a fresh attitude and some goals, that will help from feeling guilty or even overeating.

My husband is a good support right now because he's been trying to make healthier choices too, so hopefully if I tell him my goal is to exercise in the evenings after work, I can have him remind me to do it. And, my kids are old enough that they can cook, so I think if they want to start dinner and I'm doing a workout, then don't complain to me, start cooking. :) We'll see if that goes over, but my health is more important than having dinner ready by a certain time.
