I ate this a lot as a kid - We also put some sour cream and onions in - I don't know if sour cream good or bad but it tasted great - vinegar is great for the body -

I don't snack 3 hours before bed. Only thing passing my lips is water for 12 hours or more. This refreshing looking cucumbers would be an awesome digestive cleansing about 15 minutes after dinner. I forget about them. I might do them with a sprinkling of lemon and chili powder, like I do my jicama.
