Well today has been a craving day. I haven't almost had anything but I have just thought about food all day. Had each meal earlier than I should. Funny enough I am fine now its evening and all is peaceful - I never get the urge at night. Weird = seeing as I always used to have biscuts and stuff with tea at night. Maybe its being stressed in the day that makes me want to eat sometimes. Maybe stress = comfort eat.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 March 2010:

How often are you eating. If you aren't, I find it much more satisfying if I eat smaller meals more frequently.

You can do it hon. Just keep doing atkins induction right and those cravings will go away. I always say, it isnt my body craving it is is only my mind. We can do this!!!

Definitely! Its all good and well lipoysis taking away your cravings but we forget that the mind is very powerful and doesn't forget what you used to like! And sometimes I get overpowered by them and have to control the mind!
