Took my measurements yesterday and so far after 8 weeks of the gym I am down 3.5 inches!! Super excited about that!

Taking measurements is a really good idea. Sometimes the scale doesn't show all of our efforts but the tape measure will. I took mine the other day when I ordered some things from the internet - I was pleasantly surprised with the results and ordered a size smaller than I would have normally and the items fit when the arrived!
