I started weighing my food this morning and boy was I shocked by how little an ounce of shredded cheese is. From the looks of it I have been logging one ounce and actually eating about three. I guess I need to weigh a lot more than myself!

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 October 2017:
1842 kcal Fat: 101.70g | Prot: 73.93g | Carb: 167.21g.   Breakfast: Apples, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Fisher Chopped Walnuts, Great Value Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, Cucumber (with Peel), Spinach, Fresh Express Cole Slaw. Dinner: Milk (Nonfat), Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough, Cheddar Cheese, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Snacks/Other: Snickers Snickers Bar (Fun Size), Kirkland Signature Salted Caramels with Sea Salt, Brach's Milk Maid Caramels. more...

And conversely! Sometimes you're not getting as much as you think, either, so weighing and measuring are super important. Good for you, figuring this out!
