Grilled white fish, steamed broccoli, green beans and 2 large unsweetened tea (1 tea with lunch and a refill for the office) = 257 calories!

Walked from my office to Captain D's, it was a beautiful day for a walk. Nice fall temperature, warm sun and burned almost as many calories walking as I had for lunch.. haha.
