Was over where I wanted to be on calories yesterday. Tis OK though, not beating myself up about it--all nutritious and I average over a week anyway. Haven't started exercise again as breathing is still rattily but so much better everyday.

Glen, hard sometimes to get out of that vacation mode. Sandy, I do need to get their run done so they can go outside and play and button the coop up for the winter winds.
