Back to tracking on Monday as now done with the extra steroids. Am figuring out some comfort foods for the upcoming week as it is turning colder. I have a lovely winter squash, some sweet potatoes and pumpkin so am thinking curry. It's always handy to have something made for lunch to scoop into a container to take to work. It rained most of the night and is a chilly morning.
Will try a bit of TRX workout after I get some chores done, my house is still a mess from 3 weeks of being sick, now I have shoes and clothes that need to be organized, some hauled to the basement closets for the winter. I made it a bigger mess yesterday ;)
A trip to WM this am for some basics like TP, will see what they have for gel inserts for shoes, and also something to organize my shoes on the closet floor instead of the usual jumbled pile.
