LONGER FASTING ...goood sunday morning..have been fasting longer..most days i stop eating at 2pm..then its back into fasting mode..but have started skipping breakfast as well the next day..moving my fast back to 10am..not as hard as you might think..alot of it is staying busy an out of the kitchen..having been on the lchf lifestyle for some time now..its actually getting easier most days..yes like everyone i have my days..seems like the days i mess up are the days im more tired then others..

have also started watching my salt intake more..keeping better track of that means less water retention..less weight..

todays plan ..headed to walmart before it starts raining for the day..come home from walmart..drink a protein/creatine/caffeen tab...then change clothes an get on bike/trainer an do a morning ride..get last of my weekly miles in for this week..thinking of changing my routine up some..lower the miles since ive already passed last years miles by 2x or so...and get more into high intensity riding ...not every day..but maybe 2 times per week...not really sure about it yet..but higher intensity rides..burns more calories..and at teh same time better workout and gives the body something new to live with...

SEEN THESE SLOGANS YESTERDAY WHEN I WAS ON INTERNET..I COULD RELATE TO THEM...

You hear someone had a crash and your first question is "How's the bike?"

You see nothing wrong with discussing the connection between hydration and urine color.

You have more money invested in your bike clothes than in the rest of your combined wardrobe.

WELL...ALMOST TIME TO GET READY FOR WALMART..6am is best time to go to walmart...no crowd...in an out an back home..rain is moving in by 8am..or 9am..want to be back inside where its dry..today im making cheese burger bake...gonna be damper with the rain..house wont be as warm..good day to make it..an what ever is left can freeze for later eatings...

HAVE A GEATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT SUNDAY ....

Being tired definitely saps commitment from the WOE! I know it's true for me. Your new bike plan sounds like a winner.
