Can't wait for the scale to show under 180! Haven't been this low since I retired at the end of 2011. This is normally the time when my diet falls apart, after 25 or so pounds. But FS is helping so much and keeps me motivated with all the support and also reading and following other FatSecreters.
Last time I went to Costco I bought something my doctor specifically told me to avoid - ham. The Kirkland Signature hickory smoked ham steaks. This morning I decided to have ham with eggs. Cut the ham steak into 3 and 4 ounce pieces and put a 4 ounce piece on the plate with 2 eggs. I ate the eggs but only about half the ham. Logged it all for 2 meals because I'll like finish the ham later in the day. I stopped eating before I felt full, so I am learning how to control portions. Next time I have the ham, I'll have just one egg. This was much more than I normally eat for breakfast and I probably won't eat much more today.
