12:40pm not feeling well, sneezing constantly, stuffed up sinuses, I think due to all the very small ash from the local ongoing fires (sonoma County, California) ash has decreased in size each day & vastly increased in volume, now I see a dusting of very small specs of ash on my razor case in the main bathroom window, and the window was opened only a few hours ago.) this isn't helping with my cold battle. Which I thought I was winning this morning.
The cycle can go through 3 stages though:
1. sore throat.
2. sinus infection.
3 Chest infection.
I was hoping to stop it at stage one, since it responded so well from my cure.
but the ash in the air that I'm breathing sure isn't helping. The masks don't work too well and are too awkward & uncomfortable to wear while working.

This case was clean and all black before I opened the window.
