Wowza, guessing last night's dinner at our church potluck is to blame for that. I am not concerned however because my clothes as loosening back up and this is merely just a blip on the screen. I will just keep on keeping on.
182.9 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
