I have been trying to make my own apple cider vinegar and have finally got one quart. Yay!

On another good note, my exercise is up and I am feeling great about that. This week I have to go to Sacramento again, so I am trying to think through the whole food thing. I also have a sick hubby here at home so hopefully I won't catch what he has, at all.

I did try to make my own apple cider vinegar long time ago. It was a total disaster. Well done on your efforts :) These days I stick with kimchi.
