had two good days of perfect tracking and working out too! but then i had a nasty dental procedure that derailed me. getting back on track again. watched a video about ultra marathoning. i am far from that. but i need to have that mentality of making this a challenge and not giving up! those videos were very inspiring! i ordered a "headlamp" a light you strap to your head to be able to see in the dark. i wanted to walk outside at night last year but in the dark my balance is not good and so i avoided it. i look forward to getting more active even after sun set!

Your image got me wondering... wouldn't "bad time" depend on whether the fire was HOT enough or the dog was BIG enough? LOL!

I hear you, I loved the feeling I use to get from running, don't get quite the same high from biking or swimming - seemed to have developed some issue with my heel not sure how at 50 I've found another part of me to hurt lol, but has been giving me pause about getting back into running, I'm hoping it will improve soon...good luck and just run :)
