It's day 93, and I need to do my end-of-the-month summary and wrap up!

March Wrap Up:
9 pounds lost, for an overall weight loss of 33 pounds so far.
Averaging 2.75 pounds lost per week.
Started at a 41 inch waist, is currently 35.5.
Still not a touch of soda.
Keeping on with my Couch to 5k program! My legs are more defined, and my lungs feel great. My fiance even commented that my thighs felt more muscular. Win!
Faltered a bit with the fast food- I had Five Guys Hamburgers and Fries for the first time, and it was good, but my stomach reacted badly.
I've conquered the feeling that I need candy/popcorn/soda/pretzels/icees when I go to watch a movie. I've finally disconnected the urge to eat while in a cinema.
For me, the most important thing this month that has happened is a huge boost of confidence. I know my legs are looking good, and I'll wear my skirts proudly at work. My arms are improving so much, it's amazing. I know I still have another 40+ to go, but when I think about it, I'm almost halfway there! I've stuck with this longer than ever before, and even longer than I thought I could.

Hoping everybody has a gorgeous April!

Wow that is fantastic! I am just starting over. Your journal entry was inspiring! :) I think I need to focus on 1 month at a time - and almost start over with each new month. I think this might help me stay on track and keep motivated.I love your 'little goals' and how you make sure to notice the little wins and not just the # on the scale. <3 and good luck!
