Fell into that bottle of wine on Thursday...finally emerged Sunday night. Diet is not ruined, but this may be a pretty major set back. I'm getting back into the grind today, though. I will get in some interval training this evening and watch the food intake today.
On the positive side, I did end up walking about 4 miles on Saturday. I had incentive = great company ;-)
