Weekends are hard. Well, the social weekends are difficult for me. Sunday I stayed within calories, but there was a lot of junk calories without any health benefit: popcorn, snickers, etc. Saturday was so bad that I didn't want to log it. At this point, I don't even want to try to remember what I ate to document it.
Did I have fun? Did I dance a lot? Was there a lot of happiness shared? Well, yes to all these questions. But I want to learn to do all that without getting off track. This is a good time to practice patience and self-love.
I am still on the endless journey of learning to love myself and honor my body.

That balance, of enjoyment, social situations and temptations without self sabotage is what we all seek 😂. Best of luck dear, you can do it!!
